Return or Refund
All orders placed & paid for are final sales. If you wish to cancel your order, you must immediately contact (02) 9318 6001 & we will credit your online account, providing the order has not been shipped.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Max Brenner Australia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed with incorrect information. Max Brenner Australia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has been received by Max Brenner Australia for the purchase and your order is canceled, Max Brenner Australia shall immediately issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

Delivery
All orders placed before 10am are dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 10am will be shipped on the next business day. To ensure freshness and proper handling, we cannot ship orders on Friday. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the next business day. We do this to ensure our products are maintained in ideal conditions at all times. For this reason we cannot guarantee delivery on a Monday.
Delivery normally takes no more than 2 business days, after payment is confirmed. However, it may sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances over which Max Brenner Australia has no control, take longer than the stipulated time. Max Brenner Australia in such cases will keep you informed of possible delays. Max Brenner Australia is in no way responsible for shipping delays on the part of shipping companies.
Max Brenner Australia will dispatch all orders in special packaging to ensure the quality of our products. However, in extreme heat conditions, Max Brenner Australia reserves the right to dispatch the order at a more appropriate weather condition.
Max Brenner Australia’s shipping providers do not have permission to leave packages at the specified shipping address, if there is no one to sign for delivery. If no one is present at the delivery time, then by standard shipping provider regulations, courier will leave a note specifying nearest post office location for collection. Max Brenner Australia is not responsible and will not offer refunds if the package is melted or damaged after the first delivery attempt has been made.
We currently cannot dispatch orders to PO Box addresses or international destinations.
